Many are a composite of several recipes or recipes I’ve reworked or modified in some way or other. I will attempt to credit the source when I can determine the source.

Aloha, Making a resolution to FINALLY get on and stay MWL. Just wanted to drop a note to say MAHALO! (thanks!) for your recipes. I was looking for an easy place to find approved meals and there was yours! Going to try the vegetable barley soup tomorrow!

Hi Amy,
With just a few exceptions where I followed the regular McDougall plan, I was strictly MWL for a year and lost 150 pounds.
