Monday

Breakfast: Oatmeal/multigrain hot cereal/zoom hot cereal with blueberries and brown sugar

Lunch:  Oven Fries, peas

Dinner: SOS over mashed potatoes

Snack: Banana, apple, rice cakes

Beverages: Water & Herb Tea

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal/multigrain hot cereal/zoom hot cereal with blueberries and brown sugar

Lunch:  Fried brown Rice

Dinner:  Leftover Fried brown Rice

Snack: Banana & apple,  rice cakes

Beverages: Water & Herb Tea

 

Wednesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal/multigrain hot cereal/zoom hot cereal with blueberries and brown sugar

Lunch: Moroccan Eggplant with Garbanzo Beans over couscous

Dinner: Leftover Moroccan Eggplant with Garbanzo Beans over couscous

Snack: Banana & apple,  rice cakes

Beverages: Water & Herb Tea

 

Thursday

Breakfast: Oatmeal/multigrain hot cereal/zoom hot cereal with blueberries and brown sugar

Lunch: Veggie soup and brown rice

Dinner:  Leftover Veggie soup and brown rice

Snack: Banana & apple, rice cakes

Beverages: Water & Herb Tea

 

Friday

Breakfast: Oatmeal/multigrain hot cereal/zoom hot cereal with blueberries and brown sugar

Lunch:  Pinto bean soup over brown rice

Dinner:  Millet loaf, baked sweet potatoes with chutney

Snack: Banana & apple, rice cakes

Beverages: Water & Herb Tea

 

Saturday

Breakfast: Oatmeal/multigrain hot cereal/zoom hot cereal with blueberries and brown sugar

Lunch: Leftover Pinto bean soup over brown rice

Dinner:  Leftover Millet Loaf, mashed potatoes with gravy

Snack: Banana & apple, rice cakes

Beverages: Water & Herb Tea

  

Sunday

Lunch: Vindaloo Vegetables over white basmati rice

Dinner: Leftover Vindaloo Vegetables over white basmati rice

Snack: Banana & apple,  rice cakes

Beverages: Water & Herb Tea

 

 

Grocery List week ending 11/23

 

3 onions

1 garlic bulb

1 red & 2 green bell peppers

1 bunch celery

1 yellow squash

2 zucchini

1 bunch broccoli

1 head cauliflower

1 eggplant

1 bunch cilantro

2 shallots

2 sweet potatoes or yams

1 bunch banana

2 oranges

 

Frozen Corn

Frozen Peas

 

Rice Milk

Candied Ginger

Organic Turmeric

Garam masala

Lundberg rice cakes

 

1 small tomato sauce

3 cans diced tomatos

1 can water chestnuts

1 can pineapple chunks

6 cans hominy

 

1 lb French Lentils

1 lb white basmati rice

1 lb rolled spelt

1 lb rolled rye

1 lb rolled barley

1 lb couscous

1 lb millet

Note: This is my actual grocery list & does not contain everything needed to make the menu recipes.  It only has the items that I needed to purchase.

    I notice you have oatmeal here, but in another list, oatmeal is not on the MWL plan. So, is it or is it not okay for MWL?
