Menu Examples

The menu options for the McDougall Maximum Weight Loss plan are limited only by your imagination.  I’m cooking for two adults.  I’m sharing some of my menus & grocery lists for the benefit of folks who might be new to low fat vegan eating.

    Wow, I just found your email address on a Mcdougall thread.

    It is great. I love the photos. Have been Mcdougalling myself for a year and always love new ideas etc.
