
Jubilee Stir Fry on Red Plate

Diced green bell pepper, frozen peas, grated carrot, sliced green onions
Jubilee Stir Fry
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
½ med green bell pepper, diced
½ cup frozen peas
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 medium carrot, grated
1/2 cup water as needed to stir fry veggies
2 cups cooked rice (I used Lundberg Jubilee Rice Blend)
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, & maple syrup. Set Aside. Saute veggies in small amount of water until done to your liking. Stir in soy sauce mixture. Stir in Rice. Makes two servings.
